Commonwealth Veterinary Clinic Prescription Policy

A veterinarian must approve prescription refill requests. To ensure your pet's safety, it may be necessary in some cases, for us to see your pet prior to refilling medications.  Upon request a written prescription will be made available for pick up or by mail.  Commonwealth Veterinary Clinic will not fax or email prescriptions.
